Semi-Annual Member Meeting! What has been happening at the South Austin Food Co-op? A great deal actually. For one, we are in the midst of hiring our first paid employee! Come and find out more on Friday, February 19th at Opal Divine’s, Penn Field. We will be discussing what we’ve accomplished so far, but more importantly, we’ll be looking ahead to 2010 and we *need* member input. We will gather at 6:00 pm to mingle and give everyone a chance to grab a pint or some food. Co-op business will start at 6:15 and following this, we will show a documentary about the Park Slope Co-op. The director will be on hand to discuss the film and answer questions. We hope to see you there. We are really excited about switching into a higher gear this year, but we really need our members to guide us with their ideas and enthusiasm.
